The 2nd HKICEAS is the main annual Engineering and Applied Science conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. HKICEAS 2013 will be held during December 19-21, 2013 in Hong Kong and the idea of HKICEAS is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the universities and the industry. All accepted papers for the HKICEAS 2013 will be published in the HKICEAS proceedings.
